Because our sauces are a consumable product, we do not accept returns on any of our sauces.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
At The Original Florida Brand Hot Sauce, less than 2% of our packages are damaged in transit. However, if your bottle arrives damaged, we will issue a refund for the amount paid for the damaged item(s). Please note, we do not reship products; only refunds will be provided for damaged items.

Refunds
If a refund will be issued, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
